Back to Bishop's...where you are home!
Come home to Bishop's and celebrate Reunion Weekend with family, classmates, friends, faculty and staff. The weekend includes reunions for class years ending in 3 and 8 as well as alumni from the San Miguel School for Boys. Join in for classroom visits, campus tours, the kickoff party, milk break, chapel service, class reunion parties and more. Make your plans to be back on campus and remember the days of…senior rec room, uniform violations, T-Day, advisory and more.

  • FRIDAY EVENING EVENTS - Oct. 5, 2018

    5:30 p.m. Reunion Kickoff Reception - Reunion alumni meet up on campus with classmates and enjoy live music, appetizers, beer, wine and time with faculty and staff. Stop in the Manchester Library & Learning Center to browse the display of books authored by alumni and faculty, as well as a student art exhibit. Then head out into the village for reunion class after parties. Larmour Lawn & Plaza / $15 per person / Registration encouraged

    6:30 p.m. 50th Purple and Gold Alumnae Reunion Dinner - Following a group photo on the Quad, the women from the 50th reunion class will share their "remember when" stories with each other while enjoying an elegant, three-course meal. EBS Hall Manchester Board Room / Hosted by Interim Head of School Carol Barry / Registration required

    8:30 p.m. Reunion Class After Parties / No Host
    After the reunion kickoff on campus, alumni will head out on the town to various locations in the village of La Jolla for reconnecting and reminiscing with their class.

    11:30 a.m. BBQ on the Terrace - Alumni and their families are invited to join in for a beautiful day of food, fun and festivities on Rohr Terrace.     Rekindle friendships and make new memories with old friends at your special class reunion on Saturday night. 

    1958 - 6:00 p.m. Fun and casual dinner for the alumnae from the Class of 1958 at the home Joan Lambert Capen. Hosted by Joan and Dick Capen. Please RSVP to Joan at (858) 454-9744

    1963 - 6:00 p.m. at Dominic's Table (875 Prospect Street #102). Your $50 per person registation includes appetizers, entree and drinks and a copy of the class photo taken at the dinner.

    1968 - 6:00 p.m. at Piatti La Jolla (2182 Avenida de la Playa, La Jolla Shores). Your $68 per person registration includes a delicious three-course meal with a drink on the beautiful patio at Piatti.

    1973 - 6:00 p.m. Bernini's Bistro (7550 Fay Avenue). With your $45 registration, you will receive a three-course meal and a copy of the class photo taken at the dinner.

    1978 - 6:00 p.m. at The Lodge at Torrey Pines (11480 N. Torrey Pines Road). Your $50 per person registration includes drinks, heavy hors d’oeuvres and a copy of the class photo taken that evening.

    1983 - 6:00 p.m. at the home of Robert Gleason. Your $50 per person registration includes a dinner buffet, drinks and a copy of the class photo taken at the party. 

    1988 - 6:00 p.m. at THE LOT (7611 Fay Avenue). Your $45 registration includes two drink tickets, a taco bar and a copy of the class photo taken at the party.

    1993 - 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Piazza 1909 (7731 Fay Avenue). Your $52 registration includes two drink tickets, a heavy appetizer buffet of bruschetta, fried artichokes, assorted pizza, mango salad, maccheroni bolognese, pasta and dessert, and a copy of the class photo taken at the party. After enjoying delicious Italian cuisine at Piazza 1909, we will progress to Manhattan of La Jolla for cocktails and dancing in the piano bar. 

    1998 - 6:30 p.m. at the Hotel La Jolla Hiatus Lounge (7955 La Jolla Shores Drive). With your $55 registration, you will receive two drinks tickets and the Flavors of Mexico appetizers display which includes quesadillas, tostadas, guacamole and more!

    2003 - 6:00 p.m. at Herringbone La Jolla (7837 Herschel Avenue). Make sure you are on the class email list by sending your updated email address to tbsalumni@bishops.com.

    2008 - 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Pueblo in PB (877 Hornblend Street) on the rooftop of the bar with a designated area for the 10th reunion. Your registration of $40 includes two drink tickets, an assortment of heavy appetizers and a copy of the class photo taken that night.

    2013 - 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Hennessey’s Tavern La Jolla (7811 Herschel Avenue). Your $25 per person registration includes heavy appetizers, two drink tickets and a copy of the class photo taken that night.
