Admission Process

The 2019-20 application is now available. The 2019-20 application deadline is February 1, 2019. We strongly encourage the submission of all application materials in advance of that date. Interviews will be scheduled once the online application has been received. Recommendations, testing and transcripts are not required to be submitted prior to the online application. Admission Process FAQs

List of 4 frequently asked questions.

  • When should I apply?

The earlier an application is submitted the better able we are to schedule a family interview for your preferred date.
  • Should I wait until after the ISEE or SSAT Test?

    A. No! We recommend taking the ISEE or SSAT in December or January after a student has completed their fall semester. Families should start the application process by taking a tour, visiting classrooms and submitting the application in early to late fall.
  • The deadline is not until February 1, 2019. That means I have plenty of time, right?

    A. You do have plenty of time, however we find the month of January goes by quickly, and the deadline is upon us before you know it! Please call our office to arrange first steps.
  • How will I know when you have received recommendations, transcripts and test results?

    A. Once you submit the application, we set up a checklist for you. Periodically, you can check back on the status of your application and receipt of the recommendations, transcripts and scores. Please allow the Admissions office 2-3 business days for items to appear as completed on your checklist. Please do not worry if an item is not checked off your checklist; if any materials are missing from your file, we will be in contact with you in early February.
