In update to our first inteGIRLS story, two Bishop’s seventh graders, Sophie Zeng and Cynthia Huang, both from Ms. Bell’s math class, partnered with two Mesa Verde students in the middle school division of the inteGIRLS Spring Math competition on April 10.
The students had great collaboration and won fourth out of 20 teams in the middle school division (second in the team round, and ninth in relays). A first competition for these teammates, they enjoyed competing and look forward to participating in more math events in the future.
The Bishop’s School is an independent, coeducational college-preparatory day school for students in grades six through twelve who live throughout San Diego County. Founded in 1909, the School is affiliated with the Episcopal church.
