Seventh Grade Computer Science Gets Creative

Students in Sara White’s class have been working with the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite. Sara notes, “They created some super images in Photoshop, then we moved on to Illustrator. They created their own ‘logos,’ then we went to the Center for Creative Sciences, where Dr. Jaiclin and Mr. Gervase helped them laser engrave their logos on to backpack tags. The kids really enjoyed it.”
There are a number of cross-curricular projects in the works at all different grade levels and subject areas with the Center for Creative Sciences, located in the Wheeler Bailey building. Stay tuned for more interesting projects!
