You should receive an automated confirmation email from our system confirming the classes you have signed up for. This will arrive within minutes of your completed registration.
If there is another time that the class is offered and your child can attend that session, even if it is less desirable, you should select and register for that class session. You may contact Ben Duehr to get on a waitlist for the class and time you’d prefer and he will contact you if a place becomes available.
When selecting a session (Upper School Half Day Session AM, for instance) you will click the green “Add to Cart” button and then select the desired class (click “Add to Cart” again for that desired class). When you check out and a course name doesn’t appear, go back and ensure you’ve selected a course, and that your payment reflects the tuition of that class.
There is an opportunity to use a discount code in “your cart” during the registration process. If you sign up for two classes in a session, you may add “2class” when prompted. Three classes and four classes can be discounted by using “3class” or “4class” as appropriate. The package pricing applies to classes taken in the same session only.
All registrations are reviewed and all discount codes will be applied appropriately for your convenience. If anything needs to be adjusted or corrected, your payment will reflect the appropriate amount once reviewed. Contact Ben Duehr if you have any concerns about the discount codes.
It is possible that the classes will fill up and at that point they will “close” and you won’t be able to select the class anymore. See instructions above for waitlist instructions.
Be sure to select the grade your child will be in NEXT school year (2021-2022). For classes where it is grade-restricted, only those students going into the appropriate grade next year will be able to view/register.
Your child’s class is not guaranteed to you until the school has received your payment. If you wish to pay by check a grace period of seven days will be given to you to allow time for you to send in the payment.
If you believe you qualify for financial aid, choose the “pay by check” option and communicate with Chrissy King to let her know you’ve registered for classes and she will make adjustments to your balance, and then notify you may complete your payment using the method of your choice. If this situation applies to you, you should complete the registration process to secure your spot and promptly make your payment following the balance adjustment.
