Registration begins March 29, 2010 by mail. This year we will implement a new lottery system (not a first come, first serve basis) to be used for Pre-Summer Session and limited space courses with all applications received by 3:00 p.m. on April 16, 2010. Therefore, regardless of when your application is submitted prior to the lottery drawing, it will be held with all applications until the lottery is conducted. |
It’s not too soon to think about replacing UGG boots with flip-flops! Students in pre-grades 4 to adult can review, refresh, and rejuvenate in courses ranging from science and math to language arts to theater, dance, and art. NEW this summer are more electives Bishop’s students can take FOR CREDIT, including Marine Biology, Film Aesthetics and Writing, and The Graphic Novel. Upper school students can get an early start on the college application process with Writing a Successful College Application Essay coupled with SAT/ACT Prep with Revolution. Summer Session 2010 also gives younger siblings of Bishop’s students the opportunity to experience enrichment classes on the School’s beautiful campus.
Pre-Summer Session: June 1 to June 21, 2010, from 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon
Religious Traditions, Health, Hebrew Scripture, Advanced Placement Biology Prep, and Marine Biology only
Summer Session 2010: June 23 to July 23, 2010, with courses offered from 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Registration for both sessions begins March 29, 2010. The catalog and registration form will be available on the School’s web site. Please note that a lottery system will be used when there are high registrations for courses with limited space, particularly classes in health and religious studies.
